INDOOR CLOUDS
There is real event with white cloud in the middle of a
room has been developed by Dutch artist Berndnaut Smilde. It
requires meticulous planning: the temperature, humidity and lighting all have
to be just so. When it is ready, Smilde summons the cloud out of the air using
a fog machine.

1. How would you
propose the plan to prepare students in your country to work in different
culturally, technologically and economically context?
In
this essay, I am going to present as a teacher’s responsible view. There are many ethnicities of Myanmar country,
therefore we learn together with many diversity students in school. We must
purpose for them to become equality learning as culturally, technologically and
economically context.
In
my opinion, to become abreast with the world in everything, we must start from
the foundation of a school community and with student’s parents. I would give
aware parents and go work together with them. The reason why is to know students’
family different cultural, their involvement capability in school.
According to Azuz, (2012) described that a teacher from Georgia said that is , teachers
are skills in teaching area , when parents support them, the children benefits
more.
In addition, Mississippi teacher Beth Wilbanks
Smith asks parents let them to learn
from their mistakes. Besides, to be become friendly learning process, teacher
praise students , should be their mentor, their confidant, and their stability
during teacher care according to (Azuz, 2012).
The responsibilities of
student’s parents today are more likely to try and place blame on a teacher
instead of asks their children .But educator suggests, students should be allowed
taking responsibility to correct the error and fail them.
To
be able to help in learning process, The way to improve teachers’ qualification is
‘fostering school to school collaboration that encourages sustained development
of school. The example for this is that
I will invite principals, senior teachers and expert teachers from other
schools and ask them share about their performance in school in which our
teacher will have opportunity to interact and collaborate with them (Fishbough,
1997). Traditionally, we have collective
cultural society and collaboration is usually in social activity. Therefore, in order to maximize teachers’
qualification, let teachers to involve in social activity because it encourages
exploration of professional relationship not only for quality of teaching to
students, but also for professional growth and career advancement for teachers
(Mostert, 1998).
In
order to be meaningful learning in the classroom, I would propose to apply the
following learning approaches such as cooperative learning approach,
collaborative learning approach, problem-based learning approach, inquiry-based
learning approach, humanistic approach and experiential learning approach that
is the most appropriate approaches in shifting paradigm of teacher-centered to
student-centered.
To
sum up, I would propose the plan to establish work together with student parents,
fulfilling teachers’ qualification and giving opportunity students to
participate in the classroom activities in varieties context.
2. What has been done
by your country in each context?
As culturally, we haven’t got right teaching perspectives
ethnic language in our state area in Myanmar country. Therefore, to be able to
write well, we have to teach particularly by religious.
According to (Asia-pacific Development Information
program, 2005) stated that there are two universities of computer studies and
22 computer colleges under the Ministry of Science and Technology. In school,
due to not enough technological things, students and teacher are late at
getting information. Because, Tin
(2004) stated that government
budget allocation for education is only 1.2 % per year. In comparison to other country,
budget allocation for education is higher than Myanmar. This country is one of
developing country in ASEAIN country. Therefore, no free education until 2010.
